There are two methods for cold roll forming: the roll extrusion method using a forming machine and the roll drawing method using a drawing bench. Depending on the lot size, shape, and plate thickness, we select the forming method that maximizes the characteristics of the formed products. Our advanced technology, accumulated over 70 years, enables us to create highly precise roll molds, with over 1,000 types of molds available for production.
